Rohini Samtani serves as Sustainability Solutions Manager at S&P Global Sustainable1. She is responsible for leading S&P Sustainable1’s efforts to engage with financial institutions including banks, asset owners and asse managers across South and Southeast Asia to integrate climate and nature related risks into decision-making.

Rohini has seven years of professional experience in financial services information. Prior to joining S&P Global Sustainable1 she was at Bloomberg, with a key focus on growing Bloomberg’s Sustainable Finance solutions to banks in Southeast Asia. She also served as a news producer on CNBC’s financial news show Squawk Box, covering key market events including Brexit and the 2016 US presidential election and its impact on financial markets globally.

She holds a GARP Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR) certification, and a Certification in Climate Risk from the NYU Stern School of Business. She graduated with a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Hons) in Communications and New Media from the National University of Singapore.
