Nusheen translates business vision into engagement initiatives that improve performance, profitability, growth, and employee engagement; balancing business goals with employee needs.
She is stewarding the Asia Pacific efforts to empower people and communities with a mission to connect people with opportunities in the digital economy, by creating equitable, inclusive pathways for women, youth and marginalized groups. She has recently taken up implementation of Diversity Equity and Inclusion strategy to embed new behaviours and understanding of diversity as a business imperative across TCS Asia Pacific.

Nusheen loves travelling to explore new places, experience new cultures and relish new foods! Swimming and Rowing are her favourite sports and over the last few years she has been participating in long distance open water swims, clinching a few state level titles, and completed the half Oceanman in Phuket in December 2024.
