Ayako leads scale-up of SDG aligned investment in Asia through partnership with commercial financial institutions and corporates. Her involvement includes two impact funds in Asia and advisory on strategy, policy, structuring, portfolio management and standard setting. Prior to UNDP, she spearheaded various senior sustainable debt and equity investment roles in sustainable infrastructure and power/energy projects, including at Fidelity International, Standard Chartered Bank, Vena Energy and Japan Bank for International Cooperation.
