A Harvard Business School MBA and Harvard Kennedy School MPP graduate, Nicole has expertise in strategy, operations, and sustainability, with previous experience as a management consultant at BCG.
Under her leadership, Tiger New Energy has pioneered an asset-light, franchise-driven battery-swapping model, reducing operational costs and accelerating EV adoption in underserved markets.
Driven by a passion for innovation, clean energy, and inclusive business models, Nicole believes EVs should not be a luxury—everyone should have access to a “green premium” instead of a “green tax.”
