In her dual roles, Nguyen Phi Anh Dao serves as Director of Marketing and Product Management overseeing Decorative Paints in ASEAN region, and concurrently as the Head of Marketing, Decorative Paints at AkzoNobel Vietnam. Based at AkzoNobel’s head office in Ho Chi Minh City, she plays a pivotal role in driving marketing strategies and product innovations across key markets.
With over 20 years of extensive experience in the marketing and product management fields, Anh Dao has established herself as a strategic leader with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation.
In August 2022, Anh Dao was appointed as the Head of Marketing at AkzoNobel Vietnam, a position where she showcased her expertise in leadership and marketing strategy. Prior to this, from June 2004 to December 2011, she was the Demand Generation Manager for AkzoNobel Decorative Coatings, where she laid the groundwork for her subsequent achievements.
During the gap between 2011 - 2022, Anh Dao enriched her expertise in the marketing field through key roles at other leading organizations. She served as the Country Business Leader at 3M Vietnam, where she demonstrated her ability to drive business results in a complex and competitive environment. She also held the position of Marketing Manager at USGBORAL Gypsum Vietnam, further solidifying her experience and capabilities in marketing management.
Anh Dao holds a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade from RMIT University, which provides a strong and solid academic foundation for her leadership in marketing and business management.
