As the Internal Control Senior Manager of Sustainability, Quality & Standard Management at VINAMILK, Vietnam's largest dairy producer and one of the most reputable brands in the region, her mission is to lead, inspire, and support the company’s quality and sustainability management systems.
In her role, Mrs. Hoang Anh is responsible for the implementation of the sustainability management system, plays key role in sustainability reporting of Vinamilk, ensuring aligning with global standards. Besides, she is also in charge of overseeing the quality, environmental, occupational health and safety (QEOSH) management system, and managing internal controls across manufacturing, research and development, and raw milk quality.
Through her leadership, Mrs. Le Hoang Anh has successfully coordinated multiple stakeholder engagement and materiality assessment activities with DSF, contributing to VINAMILK’s continued recognition in sustainability journey. Her efforts have played a critical part in VINAMILK achieving a top 3 ranking in sustainability reporting for five consecutive years, a testament to the collaboration and dedication of her team.
