Huang Yi Chun is the Regional Leader for Gensler’s Climate Action & Sustainability Practice Area in the Asia Pacific & Middle East region. With over two decades of experience in the green building industry, Yi Chun is widely recognised for his multidisciplinary expertise and commitment to advancing sustainable design practices. In his role at Gensler, Yi Chun leads collaborative efforts to develop innovative sustainability strategies aimed at enhancing the ecological and health impact of the built environment.
He has contributed to numerous national research projects and authored over 30 publications on topics ranging from building performance to sustainable technology. Yi Chun has extensive experience in architecture design, BIM implementation, carbon benchmarking, energy audits, and green building consultancy. His integrated design approach and expertise in computational modelling underscore his commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable design solutions.
