Devina Raditya has experienced in the Sustainability domain over 16 years. Prior to focus in Sustainability, she worked as architect and site planner in consultancy firm and property developers. In the last 5 years, she has been working for Schneider Electric in developing deployment strategy and manage the regional performance – firstly for more than sites within South East Asia, Japan, and Pacific region, and then extended to more than 60 operating sites in 3 other regions in GSC International within the supply chain boundaries.
As the Domain Leader, Devina’s areas of works cover circular economy, waste management, water efficiency plans, green building certifications, CO2 emission reduction, biodiversity, environment compliance, and management system. The other large areas of her scope include energy management through efficiency drives, monitoring and measurement implementation through IoT-based solutions, and renewable electricity share through solar rooftop projects and power purchase contracts with the possible implementation of energy storage. She piloted the first few solar rooftop projects in South East Asia countries.
Devina earned her bachelor’s degree in architecture from Tarumanagara University in Indonesia in 1994, postgraduate certificate in Intercultural Management in Hawaii in 1999, masters’ degree in Urban Planning from University of Hong Kong in 2002, and in Business Administration (Energy Management) from Nanyang Technological University/Norway Business School in 2013.
